About Chip Mark
As founder and CEO of Mark Real Estate Advisors, Chip Mark draws on his commercial real estate transaction history and expert market knowledge to provide value for his clients in the development, investment and brokerage areas.
Responsible for the development of nearly two million square feet of retail property, Chip has extensive experience as both owner and project manager for retail and mixed-use development. Prior to his current role, Chip served as founding partner for Mark Pierce Poole Properties and most recently led the South Carolina brokerage, development and property management efforts for Lincoln Harris. He started his commercial real estate career with the Trammell Crow Company and then became a partner at Childress Klein Properties.
Chip is a graduate of Woodberry Forest School, the University of Virginia and earned his MBA at Tulane University. Chip is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Georgia.
